The room I stayed in had a nice view 👌.

It was simple, clean, well, located, and a good value.

It was well worn.

I truly appreciated the great location so close to the airport after a long journey. Being a bit away from the busy downtown area was perfect for my stay. The nice quiet room made it easy to relax and rest. The breakfast was delicious. I am thankful for the wonderful family who own Western Inn Motel and graciously assisted with shuttle service to/from the airport and double checking that I had everything I needed in my room.

I only found two things that were less than perfect during my recent stay at Western Inn Motel: 1. Though the bathroom in my room was spotless and well supplied, the shower stall walls needed cleaning. 2. The room was lovely and inviting but a couple of outlet covers need to be re-secured to the wall.

Great spot if you want to check out Moss Mansion! 🏛️

--room was in disrepair: peeling wall paper, broken table, counter-facing coming loose from sink with some pieces completely gone --cleaning staff regularly forgot to restock soap, Kleenex, etc.; no vacuuming was done under furniture --shower was extremely unclean: heavy mold around inside of door frame --back of bathroom door was stained by dripping liquid; corner behind was very dirty --dirty blanket on bed

The bed was extremely comfortable, we slept like babies. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. HD television and wifi are added bonuses. Very smooth stay. This is where we will stay whenever we go to Billings.

The location is fantastic, as it is close to cafes, restaurants, and California, and I really liked the cozy room and its decor.

Price

Breakfast was to late for most. Also front desk had hours it was open, with a charge to the room if guests bothered.

The hotel was clean and perfect with good wi-fi. The staff was welcoming and courteous and provided excellent services. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was updated and had a particularly good view. We truly enjoyed the clean bathroom. Our experience here was very positive.

The staff was decent and the food was great. the beds were comfortable, and the room had very fast internet. the balcony had lovely views of the street, and the location was absolutely perfect – just a 10-minute walk to Skypoint. the service was outstanding, and free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property.

the people there were terrific and my dog was allowed to stay so having so few dog friendly motels can be very frustrating

The price of the motel was a little high when all was said and done

The rooms have a pretty nice and small balcony where you can chill, and the fast internet makes it easy to stay connected. The bed is comfortable too, making for a cozy stay. Plus, the location is unbeatable - it's just a short distance from an arts theater, which is a nice bonus. 🌟

Flat screen tv and the lobby was nice

The second floor hallway was at least 90 degrees and the room was somehow even hotter. The room was super dusty, the chairs were dirty. The bathroom door had urin and boogers all over it. The shower had black mold. The bathroom counter was falling apart. The mini fridge was so loud we had to unplug it. We had to keep the window open because it was so ungodly hot and the street was really loud- there's a dumpster and it was garbage day and every noise made seemed to be intensified between the buildings. The sheets on the bed didn't smell clean and had hairs on them. We felt unsafe there overall.

This is a very nice motel, the staff is very friendly and the newly remodled rooms look great.I have stayed at this motel several times and it is my favortie place to stay nice and quiet and close to all the place I go for nice night out.
